Candice Amundson helps Airbnb owners and investors build short-term rentals that earn well and feel like home. She also shares her story of survival and faith, and builds what her community needs.

A short-term rental is a hospitality business. Most owners are running it without the numbers.
Many hosts can't say what their property really earns after cleaning, supplies, fees and management. Plenty of new investors buy before checking HOA rules and city zoning, then find out nightly stays aren't allowed. Candice built her consulting around these exact problems by studying 25 Twin Cities Airbnb owners side by side.
How It Works →Her work lives where hospitality, healing and community meet. Every part of it is about helping people build something that lasts.

Candice knows resilience is something you practice. She learned it by surviving.
When Candice left an abusive relationship, the shelter that could help her didn't allow pets. She refused to leave her bulldog, Linus, behind. Years later she turned that impossible choice into Linus' Pet Haven, so survivors at Alexandra House no longer have to choose.
In business, she built a real estate career, earned her Resort and Second Property Specialist certification, and became known as "The Connector" for short-term rental investors. She's also a little silly. She wrote an Airbnb rap song, and a music video is on the way.
Field-tested research, a national certification, and a community record covered by CBS and Twin Cities Business.
